Der vom Bieter angebotenen Einheitspreis beinhaltet sämtliche zur Herstellung und Lieferung des Produktes erforderliche Leistungen. Der Bieter hat auf Teile, die hier nicht ausdrücklich aufgeführt sind, aber für die Funktion des Produkts oder aus anderen Gründen nach Ansicht des Lieferanten erforderlich sind, hinzuweisen. Das Anbieten von optionalen oder alternativen Varianten unter gleicher Zweckerfüllung, wird ausdrücklich erwünscht. Diese sind als Nebenangebote gesondert einzureichen. Vorstellung eines Produktportfolios, das die besten technischen Lösungen bietet, insbesondere hinsichtlich Statik, Energieeffizienz, Nachhaltig- und Wirtschaftlichkeit. ALDI Nord sichert keine Mindestabnahmemengen zu. Die Preisangaben erfolgen in Euro. Die Lieferung erfolgt durch den Lieferanten oder den beauftragten Spediteur an die im Leistungsabruf / Bestellung genannte Lieferadresse. Das Entladen des Produktes ist vom Lieferanten durchzuführen und ist im Angebotspreis enthalten. Die Dauer der Nachlieferungsgarantie für Ersatzteile ist im Angebot anzugeben. The unit price offered by the bidder includes all services required for the manufacture and delivery of the product. The bidder must indicate any parts that are not expressly listed here but which, in the opinion of the supplier, are necessary for the function of the product or for other reasons. The offering of optional or alternative variants that fulfil the same purpose is expressly desired. These must be submitted separately as secondary offers. ALDI Nord does not guarantee minimum purchase quantities. Prices are quoted in euros. Delivery shall be made by the supplier or the contracted carrier to the delivery address specified in the call-off order/purchase order. Unloading of the product shall be carried out by the supplier and is included in the offer price. The duration of the replacement parts delivery guarantee must be specified in the quotation. If guarantees exceeding the supplier's statutory warranty obligations are granted, these must be described and included in the quotation.
