Die Wellnessoase beinhaltet insgesamt 14 Saunen, 4 Dampfbäder, 2 Pools, 4 Warm- und Kaltwasserbecken, diverse Restaurants und Bars, Massageräume und Ruheräume sowie einen Zugang zum eigenen See. Neben der Wellnessoase wird für die Gäste eine Hotelanlage mit insgesamt 114 Zimmern errichtet.
