Besonderheit hierbei: Von den insgesamt 64 WE sind 8 WE rollstuhlgerecht/barrierefrei herzustellen. Diese befinden sich jeweils im obersten Geschoss (Staffelgeschoss) der Häuser (Haus A 4 Stück und Haus B 4 Stück). Ergänzung: Ausführung als KfW 40 mit QNG!
